FORMATION OF EHECATLTHOR, LLC

a subsidiary of Roses & Thorns, LLC

In 2010, after joining a team providing Coastal Texas Building Windstorm Inspections and Engineering Certification compliance as required by the Texas Department of Insurance, AutoCAD designer and managing member of Roses & Thorns, LLC, Jonathan Pehrson, formed the Texas Windstorm Engineering and Design firm, EHECATYLTHOR, LLC. The name is compounded from two names - 

• Ehecatyl was the Aztec god of wind.

• Thor was the Swedish god of sky and thunder.

The triple partnership Team of Three companies ensured attention to detail, quality designs and adequate engineering compliance. New building designs, and/or additions to existing buildings were inspected by Manuel Benevides Windstorm Inspections, architectural AutoCAD Files were revised and designed by EHECATLTHOR, LLC; and South Texas Engineering insured proper engineering compliance. Each project was carefully designed, certified and submitted to TDI, formulating an exceptional and highly varied portfolio.
